Absolutely. Sometimes your monthly credits might not be enough to keep in touch with your customers, so you can easily top-up your message credits by purchasing a bundle of credits.

Can I change plans at any time?

Using the COMTXT SMS platform is a monthly subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. There are many plans available to meet your unique business needs. If you need help choosing a plan, are interested in our Enterprise Edition or would like to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your current plan, one of our team will be happy to help. Can I add additional keywords or lists to my plan?

Yes. You can add additional keywords or lists ala carte by just contacting our friendly team on 0800 466 422 and we will get that sorted for you right away. Extra lists & keywords cost $50+GST per month.

What is a list?

A list is a group of your contacts. It has all of the information you have on them in there, from mobile number and email address, to home location and favourite colour. It's completely in your control. You decide what information you want to capture, create the fields in our system for that information, and away you go. You can even import your customer list form your existing POS system into our system using our CSV import tools.
